In a proud collaboration with Pidilite Industries, Science City is taking education on the road! Our two Mobile Science Vans travel throughout the Bhavnagar district, transforming school grounds into interactive laboratories. The mission is simple: to make hands-on science and mathematics accessible to every student, especially in rural government schools.
A Day with the Science Mobile Van
When our van arrives at a school, it brings a full day of learning and discovery, all at no cost to the institution.
Arrival and Introduction:
Our team arrives according to a pre-planned schedule and joins the school’s morning assembly to introduce the day’s exciting program.
Hands-On Experiments:
We believe in learning by doing. Students are organized into small groups to conduct practical, textbook-based experiments designed for Standards 5 through 8. Our trained facilitators guide them, encouraging discussion and fostering a genuine interest in the subject.
Interactive Exploration:
The learning continues as students engage with our collection of fascinating science and math models. The session is rounded out with educational science movies shown on the van’s onboard audio-visual system.
